The Training and Placement Cell at Jaywant College of Engineering and Polytechnic serves as a dynamic interface between students and the professional world. Supporting both B.Tech and Diploma engineering programs, the cell is committed to enhancing students’ employability by facilitating industry exposure, skill development, and placement opportunities. It plays a crucial role in guiding students toward successful career paths through structured training and strategic industry collaborations.

• To provide training and employment opportunities to students in industry

Responsibilities of T & P Cell:

• Coordination with various industries in India and Abroad for placement of students
• Arranging Placement talks and campus interviews
• Identifying the training needs of students from Industry
• Arranging for value added training programs for students as per industry needs
• Quality and Performance monitoring of students
• Maintaining placement database and correspondence with industry
• Arranging career/job fairs.
